In addition to the rules listed below, we want to make sure that all scouts and families are aware that modifications to the inside of a wheel are also not allowed.  An unmodified wheel has raised lettering on the inside “Official BSA”.  We will be looking for this at inspections and will have some replacement wheels available if they are needed.  The 3rd page below is also additional information clarifying wheel modifications that are and are not allowed.
