Here are the plans that leaders used to design the weather stations that we made at our recent pack meeting.  You can make your own weather station at home.  Remember to check the station at St. Anthony Church regularly and keep data on what the weather was doing when you had your Den meeting!

For our Anemometer:

Count the number of revolutions in 15 seconds

Divide the number by 2

This will give you the approximate wind speed in miles per hour (MPH)

This calculation varies depending on the size of the anemometer.
